I got my nails done and did a wax I haven’t waxed in so long and Wianda was very reassuring about the wax and when I wanted to do a nail shape she gave me the best advice on how it would affect my nails and I was so comfortable definitely a 10/10 service ☺️

This was the best hollywood wax I have had in my 10 years of doing it! My word, I am super impressed. I have never found anyone who is as experienced and professional as Wianda. This is also mighty sad for me, because I am not from P.E. Where will I find someone else as efficient and excellent as her?

I had a wonderful experience with Riana. The moment I step into the salon and she introduced herself and greeted me with a handshake, I knew I was in good hands. It was the first time that I was offered a chair instead of the usual bed and that made a big difference. Her experience and care is seen in her attention to detail and little things that she do i.e. putting powder on my feet so that it doesn't slip in my shoe. I felt so at ease with Riana and would recommend her anytime. Big shout out to Riana💐

Total Concept is a lovely facility. As you walk in, you see the beautiful interior which reminded me of a 2000s tuscan aesthetic. The ladies are so friendly and especially professional. 10/10 would recommend you visit!
