What can I say? First visit and I choose a facial and my nails, ready for my up coming wedding. I was made to feel so welcomed, the whole experience was absoloutely wonderful. My skin feels silky soft, my nails are awesome and just what I wanted! I cant wait to come back, and trust me I will be back again...lots! I have missed pampering myself, so the game is back on! Rebecca was lovely and made me feel at ease during my first Hollywood hot wax. I will say, make sure you read the confirmation email as it provides the actual address you're meant to go to. Google maps takes you to their shop, but you might not be booked there for treatment. I ended up walking to Hanley before contacting Rebecca and realising this mistake, she was extremely lovely and accommodating, but make sure you don't make the same mistake. Read the confirmation email for an accurate address! All in all a wonderful, friendly and positive experience. Would whole heartedly recommend.

I recently had a great waxing experience with Rebecca, and I can't recommend her enough! From the moment I walked into her studio, I felt completely at ease. Rebecca is incredibly professional; she guides you through each treatment and offers aftercare advice and answers to any questions. I appreciated that I could choose to chat or enjoy the silence without it feeling awkward. Her punctuality and attention to detail made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.
