She was so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely attentive throughout the whole appointment. All the staff were lovely, and the care they put into transforming my damaged hair made such a difference. It was my first time getting waxed and Vee was so professional, kind and talked me through the process. She was happy to go at my pace and made me feel at ease.
