Oh what can I say! What a beautiful, relaxing environment to have my first Hollywood wax in many years! From the minute I walked in the door, Rachel just put me at ease. The treatment, prep, after care and her attention to perfection were all 10/10. What a truly wonderful and surprisingly relaxing experience! Won’t be going anywhere else for my waxing now! Rachel was so lovely at my first waxing appointment and made me feel so at ease! She is very bubbly and chatty which makes the experience so much more bearable and go a lot faster. She was very quick and efficient with the waxing and it was a lot less painful than I thought it would be. She is also very knowledgeable and gave some great advice on going forward with my waxing journey. Will definitely be ditching the razors and returning. Thanks so much :) xx

Catherine is fab in all aspects of what she offers and I’d highly recommend her to anyone. I’ve had a range of treatments over the years ranging from waxing, nails, lash extensions, massages, reflexology and more! And ive never been disappointed.

Was booked in for a bikini waxing, couldn’t have asked for a more professional and friendly experience. Was made to feel comfortable throughout, so made an another appointment for 6 weeks time! Would definitely recommend 😊

My third Hollywood and it's one of the best things I've ever done. The pain is minimal and only lasts a few seconds. Lucy always makes me feel so comfortable and has a lot of patience with me😂she's just the best🫶🏻

I wouldn't go anywhere else for this. I don't think I would feel as comfortable with someone doing this, as I do with Lucy. She makes you feel so relaxed and comfortable. She's very reassuring and the sting is so minimal, it doesn't even hurt. Next time I will be going for a Hollywood and I don't even feel nervous, I never have with these appointments. Definitely one of the best things I've done, especially booking it in with Lucy x
