I first went to TBV just after COVID - now it’s my go-to. I’ve had all kinds of waxing and laser too. Yvonne is amazing! She’s professional, but also puts you at ease. Quick and efficient, and the results are always fab. Would highly recommend. I will never go anywhere else in Chester for waxing. Thanks Yvonne and team!

Molly provides an incredible services whilst talking through those questions you’re too afraid to ask about waxing and gives the best tips. Most of all, she’s so lovely and down to earth to chat to, to make what could be a nervous beauty treatment very stress free. Would highly recommend Molly!!

Love my new laminated brows! Molly was fantastic. I needed a later appointment before my holidays & was so accommodating, staying a little later to make sure she could fit me in for waxing, lash lift & laminated brows. Always fantastic service. I would highly recommend her services.

From the minute I walked in Yvonne made me feel so comfortable! She is really personable and made what you would think would be an uncomfortable treatment (Hollywood wax) quite a nice experience. Easy to talk to and good at distracting you whilst she’s doing the painful bit haha. Never thought I would be looking forward to re-booking this treatment but all apprehension which was there at my first appt has gone and Yvonne was great.

After not having the most positive first wax experience at a different salon, I decided to visit The Beauty Vault to see if it was any better and it far exceeded my expectation. Such a pleasant and relaxing environment and the lady was very professional, quick and careful when doing my Hollywood wax. I am looking forward to my next appointment and would definitely recommend anyone to visit The Beauty Vault as you will not be disappointed. Also, a very friendly receptionist upon arrival! :)

Fantastic service. I had a Hollywood wax and Collette was incredibly skilled at delivering a fast and thorough wax whilst putting you at ease at the same time. Would highly recommend this lovely lady!
