It was my first appointment with Leigh and what a phenomenal service from the get go. From accommodating me with the change of time , professionalism and knowledge of skincare products and treatments to waxing techniques. Not to mention how super quick she is and you still leave walking out with pain free legs, no skin reactions, a hair , no wax residue . What an absultely pleasant experience. I am a plus size woman and had a lot going on down there after not waxing for 4 months so needless to say new therapist and long hair in a sensitive area I was nervous for my hollywood. I recently had a facial and brow lamination with Basheerah and it was a fantastic experience. She was warm, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. I had the most incredible experience with Nina at Gingerlily Spa. I have been waxing for over 10 years with many different therapists, and never once have I almost fallen asleep during a facial wax. That changed today. Nina was so gentle, so calm and so warm in her approach. There was no pain, no discomfort, just pure professionalism and care. The women in this salon are friendly, warm, kind and very talented at what they do. A house of beauty which offers a one stop shop of treatments that make you feel transformed. I left with my hair healthy and nourished, Thanks Chandre! The little touches of facial waxing completed the full look and this technician was gentle, quick and accurate. It was nice to know I'm in safe hands and look forward to booking in the future for different treatments. As a newcomer to the city, it was nice to see regular return customers and the friendliest receptionist makes each guest welcome and appreciated.

Brilliant facial (peel) and eyebrow and lash tints. The best I have had in CT. My nails look AMAZING. I loved the quiet ambiance and full attention I received, compared to the rushed, packed salons in malls. Definitely found my salon. Got solid, helpful and friendly advice. Great experience.
