Jackie was able to fit me in before Valentines day for a service, thank you! Jackie is not only gave me a smooth body wax service, she recommended me great products to try for my face for dryness. I LOVE the serum I brought home and am eager to start the sunscreen she recommends. Salon guest care staff was very friendly and everyone seems really happy to help you. Great skincare services and Jackie is super knowledgeable.

Brandy is the best of the best for Lakeland facials, but that’s not all! She’s sweet and cares about your skin. She doesn’t hesitate to tell you what you are doing right or wrong and will give you suggestions on what to do better without pushing products! My brows and skin have never looked better. The space is very relaxing with light lighting and soft music, it's so hard for me to not fall asleep during facials! I visited Brandy twice and I have to say, I am SO glad I found someone who is knowledgable about skin care here in Lakeland. It's hard for me to trust just anyone with my skin as I am very sensitive but after my initial consultation, I feel comfortable and trust her recommendations. I will continue to visit her on a monthly basis. Thanks again Brandy!

I have been working on having a softer brown for the summer and Natalie always gives me great suggestions and checks in to make sure I am happy with the result. I love how Natalie will collaborate on formulas with other great colorists I have had in the past to know best on how to give me the best results. I love the spa like shampoo and Fatimah was also a pleasure to work with. Thank you Natalie and Fatimah!

Brandy's room at Esquire Salon & Spa is very comfortable and relaxing. I've had some very stressful jobs and took to pampering myself at many fabulous day and destination spas all over this country. So I have a lot to compare to when I share that Brandy is truely gifted. What an absolutely wonderful facial! We are so blessed to have her right here in Lakeland. I can't wait for my next one!

Having a facial by Brandy was one of the most fabulous experiences I have ever had in any spa! It was so relaxing and my skin was visually much firmer and had a youthful glow that was what I was seeking. I have had several facials in many spas around Lakeland and in other locations - this was the absolute best ever! I have already made another appointment! I can't say enough about it!! Brandy is the bomb! Best facial I ever had - and I have had many... the most relaxing experience. Not only do you get a rejuvenating facial - you get your hands and feet massaged also ...what a bonus!!

The Copper Penny is beautiful and relaxing. I use Brandy for all of my skin care needs, Brazilian wax, brow waxing and tinting, lash tinting, and facials. She is very informative, gentle, and calming. Brazilian waxes can be intimidating, but she makes it easy because she explains what she is doing while she is doing it. She also checks on me the day after to make sure everything is ok or to clear up any questions.

Natalie is so amazing and sweet! everyone in the staff is super nice and whenever you walk in, they offer you a complementary drink! The service was absolutely amazing and very relaxing. I even went back in because I wasn’t sure how to style my hair and Natalie was more than happy to help me. Definitely book with Natalie you won’t regret it! I recently moved from Atlanta to Lakeland and I used to visit an Aveda salon in Atlanta. I am thrilled to have found Greg at Venue Salon. He listened very well from my very first visit and my haircut and highlights turned out great from my very first appointment. Changing salons can sometimes be stressful but there was no stress when seeing Greg. He is a master at his craft and truly cares about educating you about the techniques he is using and I am so happy to have found him at Venue Salon.

I've been living in Lakeland for many years and finally took the time to do some research on quality hair stylists. Kayla at Venue salon did not disappoint! The salon is a class act, as is she. Very happy with my experience and end result. I have finally found a salon and stylist I will stay with. The scalp massage during shampoo felt like a spiritual experience!
