Deya is the best! I have thick hair and I was worried about if KMB Studio didn’t have texturizing shears, but thank goodness I asked! They have shears to help thin your thick hair out if you don’t want to deal with a puffy lion’s mane especially with Chicago’s humidity lol! 🦁😜 and the conditioning mask made my hair feel soft and less frizzy! Yolanda has great experience with facial waxing I just love the job she did as a first time lay person experiencing a waxing of the face she did a fantastic job my face after the redness wore down at the end of the day it looks fabulous I can’t wait till she has to do it again. She also does my real nails with a gel topping on top of them and a no chip polish and I’ve gone 2 1/2 to 3 weeks and they last and look like they were just done she is amazing she is the gal to go to or her 2nd hand Flor she also is great

Gifted my mom a facial and brow tint and she loved it! She said her face feels so smooth and looks like she has a beautiful filter on because her face never looked so good. Erica did a phenomenal job on both the facial and brow tint!

I had never had a wax before so I was a little nervous, but Sharren was amazing! She was kind and friendly and made me feel completely comfortable and safe the entire time. Not to mention the service itself was efficient and affordable. Will definitely be recommending to friends!

I got a hydrafacial with Michelle. The salon is clean and pretty. The service was great- my skin is dewy, thoroughly extracted, smooth, and hydrated. Michelle was terrific!

Angie is the best waxer hands down. I got a Brazilian/bikini wax with her and have no break outs on top of her making you feel super comfortable. Her space is super cute and clean. She has also been doing my brows for some years now and I refuse to let anyone else touch my brows. You will be doing yourself a favor by booking with her!! She is simply amazing!

Service was wonderful. Had a hydrafacial done with Michelle and it was awesome. I could see how clean my pore were and a glow. Interesting to see the toxins removed from my skin. Melissa did a deep conditioning and my hair is super smooth and shiny.

I went in for a haircut and full highlights with Nicole, and she was absolutely amazing! She took the time to really understand what I wanted, and the results were even better than I imagined. Not only did my hair look incredible, but I also left feeling completely refreshed and rejuvenated. Nicole is truly talented—kind, professional, and so easy to talk to.
