Jenny is amazing at waxing! She’s thorough, gentle, and makes the waxing experience less painful. She’s super sweet and conversational, which are pluses. In Ann Arbor, I would only trust her with my wax!

I’ve been getting lash extensions for a while, and Hailey is by far the best tech I’ve ever worked with. She’s incredibly skilled, detail-oriented, and makes sure every lash looks perfect. My lashes always come out looking full, natural, and flawless—and they last! On top of that, Hailey is so professional and welcoming; her space is clean, relaxing, and comfortable. She takes the time to listen to what I want and delivers beyond expectations every single time. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about their craft and their clients, Hailey is the one. This was my first time doing a lash lift and wanted to try the Korean version which is better on your lashes and reportedly lasts longer-I couldn’t be happier with the results! We also tinted my lashes and brows, and finished with a brow waxing. I am amazed at the difference! Camilla is a PRO!!! Will definitely be back 💗

This was my second visit and it was great! NiQuesha is super quick and efficient (which is exactly what you want with a Brazilian wax 😂) but explains what she’s doing with each strip. Will definitely be visiting again when it’s time!

Hands down the BEST lash experience at M1! Sonca is a master at what she does. My lashes look and feel amazing, perfect blend of natural, fullness and length. Attention to detail was TOP TIER. I will be back time and time again. If you’re on or around Ann Arbor, this is your go-to spot! 10/10!

I brought my mom in for a pedicure and manicure. She has dementia and doesn't get this kind of care often enough. Taylor took such great care with her. I did not catch the name of the nail tech who did her hands or the sweet guy who did her waxing but all of them were just so kind to her and did such a wonderful job. She had a wonderful experience and left feeling so pampered. Definitely a five star experience!

My husband got a head message; I got a lash lift and tint. We both came away so pleased with the service provided. I never had a lash lift and tint before, and was happily surprised with the results. The salon is a calming atmosphere in the center of Ann Arbor. I would definitely recommend this place.

Tuan was efficient despite my late arrival, making sure I left with a well done full set despite not having as much time as originally planned. Very kind about my 10 min delay and front desk/everyone who greeted me ensured I was taken care of.
