Here's my honest review. Rate hair Keratin as 10/10 I rate full face wax 4/10 Thanks so much Shimpi for my hair keratin,no issues at all,i'm so happy with my hair. For wax-there were still some hairs remaining at my chin and some parts of my face.The wax made my face itchy and pimples worsened. Thanks Shimpi for being honest with your job.I mean,eventhou I realized I have paid $200 for my hair before but your leader made you charging me for $250 when I said $250.thats why I fight for discount.I paid $285 but supposed to pay $255. Hopefully Shimpi gets her $30 tip from me from $285 I paid

I had such a great experience at the salon! My last Brazilian was at a different salon and it was painful asf, so I was honestly a bit scared to come here for the first time—but Nav was absolutely amazing. She made the whole process so smooth and the pain was very bearable. She was gentle, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout. And the best part? Finishing off with a relaxing foot massage—such a perfect touch! Excellent customer service from start to finish. Highly recommend the salon, and especially Nav—definitely the best wax tech ever!

After getting my brows done and purchasing some of Reet’s gorgeous jewelry last week, I couldn’t resist returning this week for a full wax—arms, legs, underarms, and Brazilian. The process was quick, comfortable, and her skill is unmatched. I even ended up buying her amazing face and body scrubs. Reet isn’t just incredible at her craft; she’s also a lovely soul who makes every visit enjoyable. I can’t recommend her enough—if you haven’t booked with her yet, you’re truly missing out!

Heaven sent✅ Dream come true✅ Waxing technique absolutely nailed 😮‍💨 I booked for underarms & a Brazilian. Michelle’s waxing technique was so professional, I felt little to no pain. The ambience of the space was so welcoming and homely. She really does take care of you and ensures you walk out bald (your waxed area of course)🙂‍↔️. I had full head of foils on Friday and chose the color. Simpi was amazing and color came out just as i wanted for my graduation on Wednesday. Simpi has always got a smile and greets you as soon as you walk in the salon. You can walk in but better to make a booking if you want foils. Kess treats you like family not just a customer. I highly recommend you see them for your hair consultation. Thank you Simpi 😘

I recently had a keratin treatment done by Shimpi, and I'm so happy with the results. From the moment I walked in, Shimpi was warm, and really took the time to understand my hair type and what I was hoping to achieve. The entire process was explained clearly, which made me feel confident and relaxed throughout. Shimpi’s attention to detail and care was obvious at every step, and it never felt rushed.
