Had my first men’s manicure and brow tidy today, Chrissie was very accommodating and informative. She really went the extra mile and even did a beard wax which isn’t a treatment on the menu to help prevent my irritable skin when shaving. It was very relaxing and room was very clean and hygienic. Will definitely be coming back and recommending her.

I absolutely adore Phoenix! She is extremely talented and professional! I wouldn't let anyone else near my lashes because she's the absolute best and I've been to quite a few over the years. It's more than just a treatment for me; I really look forward to our little chats and my cosy warm little sleeps because I'm sooooo relaxed! My lashes look amazing all the way to up to seeing Phoenix for my refills and sometimes with my work schedule that can be 4 weeks and they are still full and fluffy! I could go on!! 10/10 every time and I can't wait to see how far this beaut talented little lady goes!

We had a lovely spa session. Me and my husband did the reset package, started with a yummy cocktail 🍸, then an hour in hot tub/ sauna followed by a back/shoulder and neck massage. Chelsey and Carley were great and we really enjoyed our massages. The package also included a meal in the restaurant, lots of choice including steak. We will definitely be back, thanks so much 😊

I had an HD brow treatment done and I’m amazed with the results! My brows have never looked so neat, full, and perfectly shaped. Chrissie was absolutely lovely — so welcoming, professional, and really took the time to understand the look I wanted. The whole experience was relaxing and I felt completely comfortable throughout. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and pays attention to every detail. Highly recommend!

Melissa was so helpful. I made an appointment for Full Body Spray tan. Despite having Vitiligo (depigmentation of skin), Melissa made me feel very at home and comfortable. Some salons refuse me this service on account of an inability to guarantee results. I'm not looking for perfection - I just prefer to have more colour, despite it not being even, and better than I can do myself out of a bottle. Thank you so much Melissa - my tan looks great!
