Katy is totally amazeballs she is guru! Before I found Katy other therapists could not wax properly for me. But Katy knows what to do if you hair is unruly and literately she makes it pain free and is quick, but ever so thorough. I Love all her other treatments that she provides, she knows her stuff and gives you her full attention and is so personable and such a genuine, kind and caring person. I had the most amazing deluxe dermaplaning treatment and couldn’t recommend it more! From the moment I arrived, the studio felt so welcoming, calm, and beautifully set up. Shannon was absolutely fantastic—so professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. She took the time to make sure I was comfortable throughout the whole treatment. It felt incredibly relaxing, like a real treat rather than just a skincare appointment. My skin was unbelievably smooth, fresh, and glowing afterwards—I could see and feel such a difference straight away!

Enroute between Maidenhead and Swindon I was delayed by 30 in arriving. Stopping at a layby I sent a text explaining I would be late and asking if anything could be done? I received a reply saying it's OK. Come! On arriving the staff greeted me as usual and are all very friendly. Today I had the second treatment on my eyebrows done (microblading). Lips with botox. Now having my eyelashes done too. Loving it! So pleased. Excellent service.
