Rachel was so lovely at my first waxing appointment and made me feel so at ease! She is very bubbly and chatty which makes the experience so much more bearable and go a lot faster. She was very quick and efficient with the waxing and it was a lot less painful than I thought it would be. Kath at Mono Hair Design is a legend. Her cut and blow dries are done with precision and flair, you leave looking red carpet ready every time. She goes the extra mile to make you feel amazing… and to find out everything about your life. “Going out tonight? Holiday soon? What’s for tea? How much is in your bank account” Honestly, it’s half salon, half MI5, and I wouldn’t change a thing. Highly recommend if you want great hair and a full-life audit.😂
