Fantastic afternoon.Lovley friendly staff.Had an in depth discussion about what I wanted and how that look would suit me. Chloe was extremely thorough and very knowledgeable. Had hair changed from blonde to brunette so quite dramatic change. Finished with cut and blow and curling. Great service.

Wonderful as ever. Staff are very well trained, knowledgeable and professional. Lulu's will turn down any aesthetics and treatments that do not meet legal requirements (e.g. teeth whitening). I trust Lulu's for their no-nonsense and honest approach. All staff are very welcoming to all, young and old (like me)!

The whole team at the salon is so welcoming too, which just adds to the lovely experience. Since visiting, I’ve seen big improvements with my skin and couldn’t be happier. I’ve also tried several other treatments with Rio, including body waxing, a lash lift, and my eyebrows, and I’m so impressed with everything she does. Another wonderful facial with Katy. I broke my foot in March and mentioned to Katy I'd been having problems with swelling - she gave me an amazing lymphatic drainage massage on my lower leg and foot while I was under the Dermalux. Almost 72 hours later and the swelling still hasn't returned. Katy has magic hands!

Gemma makes you feel at home. And even mak a you a brew. She knows what she is doing with your nails. And gives you advice too. Can’t wait till my next appointment after seeing all her new colour.
