Booked in last minute with Heidi after my usual therapist had to cancel my appointment due to being ill. Heidi did my waxing and a lash lift and I'm so happy with the results, waxing was painless and my lashes are amazing. She was easy to talk to and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Would recommend and will definitely be booking in again. Thank you so much x

Recently moved to Stevenage so first time visiting Katie and she didn’t disappoint. Made me feel so comfortable, easy to talk to and most of all made my brows look fab. Will definitely be returning and getting more treatments!

Katie offers professional services at the highest standards whilst extremely friendly. I have had my nails gelled numerous times now and they always look great and are long lasting - Katie is always very gentle with the removal process too! I’ve also had a full wax done and let me tell you, Katie reassured me and talked me through the whole treatment when I was nervous about those delicate areas. The beauty room is really clean and the whole experience is a positive one. Highly recommend.

Tia is the best! Great haircut and colour. She is also super lovely. Also washed my hair without splashing water on my face and removing make up from half od my face (my usual experience even in the best salons). The attention to the detail is key. Super happy with everything and can’t wait to come back.

PERFECT full body massage!, Amy knew exactly which areas needed firmer pressure and combined this with some more relaxing techniques which is honestly EXACTLY what I was after, having had lots of massages over the years this a rare skill to have! Amy isn’t just a fantastic beauty therapist, she’s also very friendly and polite and made me feel welcome from the get go, her professionalism shone before during and after my massage, I honestly can’t wait to go back! If there was the option of more than 5 stars then Amy would certainly get that, I can’t recommend her highly enough.
