Katie was so welcoming and lovely. Very willing to make any accommodations I needed due to disability. Her salon is one of the most accessible I've been to - Katie answered my questions and sent me a video on instagram of the walk from the car into the salon and showed her whole space. There is just one small step in and the rest is level. Very short walk from parking also, only a few meters. Another worry I often have for waxing is feeling unwelcome due to being fat but Katie made me feel very comfortable and welcome in her salon. I would absolutely reccommend and will definitely return!

Had hot waxing today with Nat for the second time. She put me at ease straight away and surprisingly, it was rather pain free experience. I am extremely satisfied with the results and so excited to wear bikini on my holiday. I will be returning soon before next travelling and would highly recommend Nat’s services. Thank you so much. Katie carried out a series of pre holiday treatments for me from biab nails, waxing, brow shaping and tinting and spray tanning. Her professionalism, guidance on colour advice was billiant. Im particularly pleased with my spray tan, was so quick and easy katie was great, highly recommend beautification for your pre holiday prep treats, i feel fabulous!
