I have received numerous treatments from Keely, including leg and arm waxing, pedicures and fingernail painting over the past 4 years. Michelle is brilliant!! I have never been happy with anyone doing my eyebrows in the past as they have always made a mess of them but Michelle did a fantastic job of waxing and tinting them! I am so pleased and the pedicure she did was great, my feet feel and look so nice. Thank you Michelle x

Excellent - booked in for a Bikini wax and decided to also try a Nostril wax. TBH I keep on at my husband to get his done but he says its going to hurt too much so I gave it a try and will definitely be having it done again. I thought it was just for the gent's but ladies out there give it ago, it was a little uncomfortable but what waxing isn't.

I had a classic manicure with Zarah today, I’m obsessed with the dark cherry red colour…it’s the most perfect autumnal shade! Zarah shaped, polished and buffed my nails perfectly, it’s such an elegant and classy look…love it!

Really pleased with the results of my hair and my waxing. Eve and Lucy were friendly, polite and listened to what I wanted. Would definitely recommend them. Eve is the beautician and Lucy the hairdresser :)

Honestly can’t thank Keely enough for my wonderful hot stones massage today. I felt so relaxed and if you haven’t had one of these massages you need this in your life. Soothing stones over your back, neck, arms and legs taking all the stress and tension away. I was so relaxed I was almost asleep. Previously I’ve had great experiences here and really enjoyed the service but this time the waxing didn’t feel quite as thorough as usual. Would love to see a little more attention to detail on my next visit.

It was my first time bikini waxing. Zarah was very welcoming and talked me through the whole process. The appointment went by in a blink. But the place is a bit confusing to find for a customer who's never been there before.
