Wow... What a good experience... Clair is absolutely amazing, professional and a lovely lady. I went for the "Hollywood wax" and half leg. On arrival I was met by a beautiful polite Clair whom immediately put me at ease as I had a terrible experience previously that has put me off actually doing this however, any concerns went quicker than the hair... The salon is warm inviting and the heated blanket was perfection... I will be back..Thank you Clair for making me feel so comfortable and relaxed X I would highly recommend Lia and Olive x

Sara is an amazing therapist and almost made waxing a pleasure...😂 Highly experienced with a loveky manner. The salon is beautiful and the range of Espa gifts is divine, absolutely something for everyone. Definately encourage anyone to try Lia and Olive. The staff are lovely and the salon is intimate and friendly.

To say "Great" is an understatement. I have been fortunate to have many different types of massage across several countries and now I find one of the best so close to home. Chloe (or is it Choe), may be new to the industry, but her style and ability is one of a much more experienced massage therapist. With the noteworthy back and leg issues that come with being an older client, I was delighted with her ability to find and work successfully on the "knotty" areas. I'm never going to be a teenager again, but with Cloe's help, I certainly feel better. A huge thank you.
