Had my first ever wax today, started with a Hollywood 🫣Libby was so professional and made me feel at ease. Was fab that she explained the process which made me feel so much more comfortable!! It really didn’t hurt anywhere near how much I thought it would and I felt like I could have a few breaks to make the experience better. Would highly recommend- I’ll be back!!!

She took her time to make sure everything was perfect, and the finish is flawless. Such a lovely, friendly experience from start to finish. I've left reviews before but this one is for the new Diamond Dermabrasion Facial. I've never had one of these before but as my skin matures and seems to develop new lumps and bumps daily I thought I'd give it a go. It's a different sensation, but not an unpleasant one, and as with all of Lauren's treatments you are in an environment where you feel totally relaxed. The following morning my skin feels smoother and looks brighter. Would recommend.

I’ve struggled to find a beautician that produces results as well as Libby, a warm and welcoming environment that is just as lovely as the girl herself. I went in for a full leg wax and not only am I super happy with the results but a nice touch was the aftercare leaflets that have really helped take care of my legs post-wax. I’ve recommended her to all my coworkers.
