Instead of waiting for a doctors appointment and several months for ear syringing, I booked her a 15 minute ear microsuction session the next day and I'm so pleased I did! Her ear was full of wax. I don’t normally go to beauty clinics, and before choosing this one I made a few enquiries elsewhere, but I never really got a good vibe from any of them. From the moment I first met Lana and Maria, though, I felt completely at ease. They were both so friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. What I really appreciated was that they were never pushy or salesy — just incredibly helpful, honest, and kind. First visit and I had such a fab experience. I had a full back massage incorporated using a tool and a metal plate to lay on, can’t remember the name it’s for very tight muscles and it was fantastic, so relaxing. Will definitely be returning such a lovely friendly service too
