Sophie is a Super Star!!!!! So lovely with great energy, was very understanding as I was running a little late and even poured me a glass of wine. I felt truly pampered and very special. She really took the time to listen to what I was after and she helped with picking a colour and style as I'm useless at that. Best hair appoint I've ever had in London and well priced, will only book with her from now on. Also as an added bonus, they have the CUTEST dog in the salon who's super friendly and sweet. Excellent as always. Today Aisha took care of me from start to finish all by herself. She was very kind, attentive and knew what my hair needed - especially the 5 min hair treatment, which makes the hair so soft and detangles it, lasting a good few weeks. The blow dry at the end was superb - I have thin hair but Aisha made it look nice, full and bouncy.
