Fabulous !! Put me totally at ease and the treatments I had were relaxing and performed to a very high standard. Don't let this gem of a business nestled in leafy Welwyn hide from you. I urge you to actively seek out a highly professional duo in Jo and Nicole. Very informed and the hygiene was at the highest level. Very reasonably priced. 9 until 9 7 days a week. Highly recommend and am looking forward to my next visit very soon.

Another fabulous trip to see Kelly. Just booked a bikini wax but she managed to fit in a leg wax too as she always gives her clients plenty of time, you never feel rushed. I love going to see Kelly, she's always such a delight and pleasure to talk to! I'll be back soon.

I’ve had a simple pedi and it was the best experience I’ve had in months. I’m 9 months pregnant &taking care of my legs and feet it is a challenge… I’ll definitely try other services in the future as Jo was absolutely lovely.

Friendly and professional! A joy to visit

I chose my colour, Charlotte proceeded to make my natural nails look amazing. I also had a pedicure…I now feel human again after a few weeks of utter neglect! Charlotte is a very caring person and makes her clients feel special.
