Hot Stone treatment with Michelle during my brief stay at Guildford Holiday Inn. Michelle adapted the 75 minute HS Massage session to address particular areas of discomfort which she expertly identified without my even having to tell her. Michelle's holistic approach was augmented by elements of other, very appropriate, healing methods as she is clearly highly skilled in many treatment fields. The end result was way beyond what I had expected - I left the session in so much less pain, deeply relaxed and completely satisfied. A very different approach to that I receive weekly in Prague

The Spa day was nice. The staff extremely helpful and friendly. I got a voucher for 2 on Wowcher. The discount was nearly 50% off. It included a 50 minute full body massage. The treatment was OK but we were told as soon as we started that it would not be full body. Just back and back of legs. Think the whole body could have been done or advertised as a half body massage. The rest of the spa was OK but not luxurious. Was happy to pay the voucher price (just!) but would have been very disappointed to pay full price.

Wonderful, as always. Wendy is very professional but also very personable. She is always gentle and accurate when waxing and when tidying my eyebrows. She also advised me about creams to use for plumping skin / reducing lines & wrinkles, which was very helpful.

A lovely gentle massage but the lady had really cold hands which was a shock, as it’s so cold outside. I’d have liked to turn over for half of the head massage, so the tension in the top of the head had more attention & to clear my sinuses from lying face down for an hour

Great pedicure session as expected. Once hard skin step done, I was actually drifting to sleep during leg massage, nail filling, nail polish. Gentle, professional, superb finish. Worth it 👍

Sara is honestly the best! I’ve been going to her for bikini waxing and lip threading, and she always makes me feel so comfortable and relaxed. She’s gentle, friendly, and really pays attention to detail. I always leave feeling fresh and confident. I wouldn’t trust anyone else!
