I've been going to Natalie for a few months now for henna and a wax and I love my brows. Nothing is ever a bother and Natalie always does her best to accommodate you. You are always greeted with a smile (under the mask 🤣) and great chat. If you want great brows Natalies your gal. Highly recommend.

Natalie really is the best in the business at what she does and she's just a gem of a girl, always so chatty and lovely. From start to finish my facial was AMAZING. I felt so relaxed and at ease and Natalie explained the steps along the way with a full product review at the end and products available to buy. Natalie identified problem areas and advised what products were best and my skin feels amazing. The massage was a huge bonus as I didn't realise this was part of the package. Value for money was excellent too for a full hour of total bliss!

Second treatment here. The facial I got felt great, really thorough! The whole experience is just perfect, so relaxing for the whole hour. I love the extra special touches when getting a facial here, I haven’t had that anywhere else - the head, face, neck massage etc. Will definitely be back soon.
