Just got my nails done and I love them. Olivia is friendly, professional and very knowlegeable. She recommended I use cuticle oil on my nails and it really works. With my manicures, lovely gel polishes and using the oil my nails look and feel great. I would thoroughly recommend Olivia for all your beauty treatments. Can't wait for my next appointment. Sophie got me holiday ready - waxing and gel toes. Even managed to do gel nails whilst I was having my hair coloured, so flexible and accommodating but more importantly the treatments are to a very high standard.

This was my first time visiting and won’t be my last! Both Harriet and Julia made me feel very welcome, they were very professional and very attentive. I had my nails, eyebrows waxed and tinted, eyelashes tinted, leg wax and Hollywood wax done today and could not be more thrilled with the results! The atmosphere in the salon was fantastic And all Covid precautions were clearly in place, I have no hesitation in recommending to all of my friends! Great work ladies! A++++++

Love my eyebrows - they look so much tidier and a great colour, exactly right for my skin tone and hair colour! It’s sometimes slightly concerning when you get an eyebrow tint (other salons I’ve been to ) in case you leave looking like Burt Reynolds (showing my age!) but Julia is clearly an expert. Julia is warm, friendly and relaxed. Thank you 🙏🏻

This is my second time attending a full leg wax with Sophie and once again it was done fabulously. Very thorough and consistent and I will most definitely be continuing to attend!

Sophie makes you feel relaxed from the get-go! Sophie is very knowledgeable with years of experience. I’ve already had a spray tan and a full body massage - both highly recommended. With a manicure and a waxing treatment already booked in - I’m looking forward to further sessions! Sophie is a little gem in Forest Hall!
