I was booked in with Rachael for a full body lymphatic drainage massage. Rachael is genuinely one of the nicest people I've ever met. I wasn't sure what to expect from the massage but wow it was so good. I came out with a wealth of knowledge about my own body after being in with Rachael. She genuinely cared and made me feel SO comfortable and adjusted my treatment according to everything I had told her. The room was warm and cosy and I didn't get cold once during the whole time (nothing worse IMO). Great aftercare too. Thank you for being so personable, I will definitely be back xx

The leg waxing service was incredibly fast and efficient without feeling rushed. Davinder was thorough and made the process as painless as possible. Great haircut. I was visiting Coventry from Cambridge and booked in a couple of days ago as I'd been to my local hairdressers and had a really bad cut earlier in the week. Hair Lab and House of Beauty was excellent. Thank you (my confirmation said it was with Jenny). Very happy customer. Will have to wait until my next trip to Coventry for my next haircut now!!

Been coming to this salon for over a year now, even I moved to the next town and I still come to Coventry for my beauty treatments because Shaf is so lovely, empathetic and kind hearted person. Definitely feel as though I’m in good hands, treated with respect and we always have a lovely chat together. I know she’s opening a new salon soon and I can’t wait to see how it is. ❤️

Sue is fantastic. I always see her for my waxing and makes you feel comfortable whilst doing a great job at a very reasonable price. Currently heavily pregnant and she has still done an amazing job whilst ensuring I was comfortable throughout. Best person to visit for a wax in Coventry! Highly recommend!

A.M.A.Z.I.N.G😇!!! For the last year i have been having remote Reike sesions from spain with this wonderful woman. Never did.i think I wud benifit so much from it,an feel so positive about it. I was that impressed after numerous sessions that while in the UK I decided to book in for a actual physical session. I had problems with my feet and back,so booked in for a full body massage and a bit of reflexology. We'll let me tell u it was the best relief an relaxation I have ever had!. So Cheryl thank you so much I feel like a new woman today🙏 I'll be booking in again in 2 weeks b4 I head home!

My legs feel super smooth, and my skin looks great, no irritation at all. Neesh is so friendly and professional. It's been now over a year since my first review, and every time I returned for my wax I've been greeted with the same warmth and level of professionalism. Thrilled to walk away all smooth knowing I won't have to deal with the breakouts and many ingrown hairs that have troubled me my whole life, I have a very reactive skin but its condition has actually improved over time, I genuinely thought it wasn't possible. Very quick, never awkward and yep, nearly painless wax experience - coming from me, with my super low pain threshold. Thank you Shaf! 🌞

I highly recommend Treat Hair and Beauty in Coventry and specifically Natasha for anyone looking to get a perm and haircut for their son. I went in with my son for a short back and side skin fade and was blown away by how great of a job Natasha did. The end result was even better than what I had expected and my son walked out feeling so confident. The salon itself has a great atmosphere, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Overall, a fantastic expericence and we will definietly be returning in the future. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I visited Susan for a massage yesterday at short notice. I was very pleased with the whole appointment. She was friendly and attentive, making sure I was comfortable throughout. The salon was modern and clean. I am very grateful that she had space for me on a Sunday as I had aching muscles after running a half marathon the day before - thank you Susan!

Haven't been to a wax in about a decade and never in England before, I was super nervous. Shaf is so kind and approachable, made me leave my guard down and anxiety at the door :) I didn't have time to be anxious because the wax was over in a blink, didn't feel much either. I'm normally very self conscious over my appearance, my extra weight, my blemished skin, I didn't need to be, she was very professional. And it's the first time I get great smooth skin without a major breakout after as I am prone to ingrown hairs. This is amazing, I'm booking again! Thank you Shafaq! 🌟

I had a Japanese headspa with Kayleigh yesterday and she made the experience very relaxing and comfortable. I am 31 weeks pregnant and Kayleigh kept ensuring I was comfortable and happy, she even gave me a pillow for under my legs! The experience was surreal, so happy with the treatment. I definitely recommend and I will definitely come again! Thankyou xx

Had a half leg wax and eyebrow tint and shape with Monica. Excellent experience. Monica is lovely, making sure I was comfortable and did a wonderful job.
