I first went to TBV just after COVID - now it’s my go-to. I’ve had all kinds of waxing and laser too. Yvonne is amazing! She’s professional, but also puts you at ease. Quick and efficient, and the results are always fab. Would highly recommend. I will never go anywhere else in Chester for waxing. Thanks Yvonne and team!

Such a lovely lady! I went in for a half leg wax. The whole experience was very calm and friendly. Extreamly quick and a lot less painful then those at home wax strips! Not a hair left in sight and extremely good value for money. 10/10 will be back again for sure.

I have been having my nails done by Rebecca for a few months now and, after trying most salons in Chester, I can honestly say this place is the best. The attention to detail and care taken over each nail is impressive. I can’t go anywhere else now as the quality here is amazing!

I have my eye and brow package with Tara regularly every 6 weeks and as usual she has done a fab job. I also had a gel manicure and a leg wax for holiday. I received a professional service as always from a therapist who has lots of experience in a warm and welcome environment, thank you.

Cath uses a room which is very clean indeed. Cath too is a clean person. I refer to her hands and clothing. On arrival she made me feel very welcome. Cath carries out waxing very professionally and with a high degree of excellence. I highly recommend her to anyone, especially if you’ve never been before, as she makes you feel at ease and answers any questions you may have. Personally I will not use anyone else.
