Alyah was very professional and absolutely did herself proud! These are one of the best set of nails 💅 I've ever had. She really concentrated and I could just tell that she wanted to make them 💯 perfect, every step of the way! My daughter had a the Disney cut but was treated soooo lovely had the full works cut and finish and for An amazing price left feeling like a princess we will be back for sure!!

Really lovely lady, super friendly and makes you feel very comfortable. Great range of services, I had a full leg, Hollywood and underarm wax all within an hour! Great price, much cheaper than chain salons

First time in the salon, full of nerves getting my hair done in such a long time but Mandy was amazing, made me feel at ease and chatted to me the whole time which made me feel so relaxed, Mandy was so friendly and did an ABSOLUTE AMAZING job at my hair did it perfectly the way I wanted it I feel amazing and will happily go back to see her again :) Back to being a blondey. Today was my first time going to the skin Beauty ( Basement Hair Margate ) I was Greeting it at the door by one of the staff i can't remember her name but she make me feel welcome didn't get to do what I wanted and that was Classic lashes extension but I did get my eyebrow wax I must say the Environment so friendly and I will going back thank to the staff that explain everything to me

Such a good wax thanks so much - so understanding when I was a wimp as well, pretty sure it was over quicker than I remember and wasn’t as painful. Also so thorough.

I booked in for full head highlights, cut and finish. My hair was looking tired and in need of a revamp. Zoe gave me some super advice on colour, opting for a light blonde to blend in with my natural tones. She cut my mid length hair into a sleek long bob, adding a fine fringe and blow dried it straight. It looks fantastic- a real change and has taken years off me! Thank you Zoe, a great experience from start to end.

Jo is fab at waxing - really thorough, and always enjoy our chats during the appointments too! I've been going for a few months now, and I'm already seeing that my leg hair isn't growing back as much, which has been great. Lovely salon, Jo is fab - really recommend!

I'm new to Broadstairs and needed a new hairdresser, my first choice was Shamilla's, how lucky I was. The atmosphere is friendly, and Maxine knows her way around a pair of scissors, giving me a really good short haircut, just as I wanted it to be. Highly recommend.

My bestie and I had an truly amazing treatment if Hair Botox today and we were absolutely over the moon with the results!! I have the biggest, thickest and unruly mop of hair and it's tamed it beyond belief!! It's smooth, so soft and ridiculously shiny!! I TOTALLY recommend this and Heidi, as ever was absolutely outstanding. You'd be hard pushed to find a better hairdresser 💜💜

I had the most wonderful experience at Beauty by Alexandra. From the moment I stepped into Alex’s beautiful boutique, I felt completely at ease. She has such a warm calming presence and made me feel incredibly comfortable throughout my visit. I’d booked in for a Hollywood wax and arrived feeling a bit unconfident but Alex was so professional, reassuring and the whole treatment felt effortless.
