I’ve been going to Shaf for my nails for a while now and, to be honest, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. She just gets what I like. Sometimes I don’t even have to explain it properly and she somehow knows exactly what I’m picturing. There’s a real kindness to the way she works too, nothing rushed, no pressure. She always takes her time with my nails and keeps checking in to make sure I’m happy as she goes, which I really appreciate. More than anything, Shaf makes me feel completely at ease. It’s a calm, caring space and that matters more than people realise. I always leave feeling looked after.

Such a lovely atmosphere! Everyone is so friendly and bubbly. Vicki did a fantastic job yet again. I no longer live in Bristol but i keep coming to this salon just for Vicky.

My experience at TBH has always been a positive one! The girls are so down to earth and welcoming, and never short of having a giggle with their customers - “beauty besties” is how I’d describe them! They’re online booking system is brilliant and rescheduling an appointment is just as simple! I also feel their booking terms are fair! Ive been for my lashes and tan and never had an issue, hoping to start my waxing and facial journeys with them in the not too distant future too! x

Booked for full leg wax with Sophia, all the girls at the salon are very welcoming. I've not been here before, Sophia is lovely, very polite, and chatty, I will deffo be booking more treatments.

Almost painless wax. So happy with result.

Absolutely love this salon and all the staff! So welcoming and friendly. I had a wax done by Sophia and she is the fastest beautician I have ever been too. Quick and minimal pain (typical when you have thick hairs😂). I will be using this salon as my go to Salon from now on. Highly recommend anyone who’s started the waxing journey to try here!
