Leah's BIAB nail treatment was an absolute delight! What sets them apart is how they transform a beauty service into such a comfortable, friendly experience. Her attention to detail shines through not just in the nail application, but in how she guides you through each step of the process. I really appreciated how she patiently answered all my questions and kept me informed throughout the treatment. My first time visiting The Coven and I’ll definitely be coming back as my go to nail salon. Staff are so lovely and welcoming always offering a drink on arrival and making you feel so comfortable. My nail tech Inna has given me the most beautiful nails. You can tell she values precision and attention to detail. She was always checking if I was happy along the process. Thank you so much Inna.
