Absolutely amazing, as always. This is such a professional and caring salon, regardless of what treatments are booked the attention to detail and level of excellence are always first class. I would never dream of going elsewhere for any beauty or pampering treatments. Lucy and Jo are the best, they provide guidance and advice to ensure that what you receive and how you feel and look make you wonder what you have previously wasted time, money and effort on! Amazing service again from Freya! I was undecided on what I wanted on my nails and Freya was so patient and came up with a great idea exactly what I wanted. Thankyou Freya i love my nails. Also had a waxing service, I was a bit nervous and Freya was so professional talking me through each stage and giving me time. Can’t wait to go back again.

I had a full body massage and it was amazing. I felt the tensión lift me and felt so much more relaxed. Really helped release the ache in my shoulders.

Lucy is great and my nails are a talking point - whether I am teaching or working in sales - Lucy deserves the credit for this, not me! Nice relaxing facial and great jaw massage. To make their experience even better, it would have been nice to have a head massage and for the treatment to last the full 60 minutes. I was in and out of the salon in under 50 minutes but had booked a 60 minute facial. A head massage with the extra 10 minutes would have been fab, but the time I had was lovely 😊

Honestly can’t thank Mila enough! 🙌 My Brazilian took 6 hours (yes, 6!) because my hair was so tangled, but she never rushed or complained. She carefully detangled everything and the result is stunning — smooth, shiny, and star-worthy 🌟 The only thing I’d suggest is explaining the products a bit more, but overall it was a 10/10 experience. Highly recommend

I had a fantastic experience - a super lazy morning and feel great now. Toes looking pretty, legs hairless and eyebrows and eyelashes looking lush. Suzie is so very professional and certainly knows her stuff. I am looking forward to booking my next treatment.

Sam is fabulous! Upon arriving at the treatment rooms, Sam took time to understand what I was looking for in terms of my skin (I had booked a facial) and then advised me on the best treatments for me. I had dermaplaning, milia treatment, eyebrow wax and tint and a million dollar facial. Sam uses top quality products and the treatments are top quality too. My skin looks and feels so much better and I feel like a new woman! I will now be returning regularly to incorporate Sam’s expertise into my regular skin routine. I can’t believe I’ve only just discovered this treasure in Bookham!

As usual I was pleases with the cut but again had to wait atleast half an hour for my appointment. The stylist did explain that the client before had asked for some extra styling but I think the extra time should have been allowed for on the booking system.
