Katerina is fantastic! Very friendly, professional, efficient, social and respectful. Her spa is very clean and organized and I always have a pleasant experience when there. I have tried a few other sugaring spas in Toronto and this has been the best one. Highly recommend.

I absolutely looove my hair 💖 Nancy was so kind and thorough during my consultation and really took the time to listen to my needs and wants. She managed my expectations with the kind of colour I would be getting and what my daily maintenance would look like since I decided to get bangs. She was so kind and supportive throughout the whole process. The price that I paid was more than fair for a full head of colour and a haircut. The team was so transparent which I appreciated as well. I would definitely be returning in the future! Thanks again! ❤️❤️❤️

Fabulous experience with Iris. Great pedicure and waxing done perfectly. Spa is very clean, all the instruments are sterilized. Relaxing atmosphere, warm friendly service. This is my favourite spa, just love it

I had such a great experience at Picasso Nail Salon! I got a shellac pedicure and a wax, and the staff were all amazing — super friendly, positive, and welcoming. Especially Dee, who made me feel so comfortable and did such a great job! The whole team had such good energy, and they all looked so cute in their Halloween costumes. Definitely one of the best salons I’ve been to — I’ll be coming back for sure! 💅🎃

I cannot recommend Katerina enough! From start to finish, she provides an exceptional experience. She is incredibly thorough in her work, ensuring every step is carefully done. Her waxing and sugaring techniques are top-notch, with great quality results that leaves me feeling smooth and confident. Her space is spotless, and you can tell she takes hygiene and sanitation seriously. This makes me feel completely comfortable and relaxed during my visits. Katerina also makes you feel completely at ease. I highly recommend her!!

Wonderful experience. I emailed mid-flight to Toronto as I was going to miss my second flight due to delays so I was going to have a very long layover. They accommodated me and got me in for a shellac removal and pedicure same day. Very friendly service, excellent pedicure, I can’t say enough good things. 10/10, will definitely go back when I’m in the area.

To whoever is reading this go to Jenna for eyelash extensions! She’s the best lash tech. I got my full set classic eyelash extensions by Jenna. Jenna is very talented and she took her time to understand what I like because I’m very picky. No other lash tech can do what she can. She did an amazing job on my lashes. I was so relaxed the whole entire time. My eyelash extensions look so beautiful and natural now. I will definitely come back to only her. Thank you Jenna.

I was travelling and unable to do my normal wax routine and already had an appointment to have my lashes done with Brianna and she recommend Reegal for my waxing. WOW! Reegal was amazing, she used a combination of cold wax and threading and had an amazingly soft touch and was incredibly detailed and thorough - I immediately trusted her to let me know if there was other things she saw that needed to be addressed and to do them. I’m so very happy that my original schedule didn’t work out and will definitely be back in Reegals chair again! Thank you!

I received a gift certificate to Cedar House and was so lucky to book with Fasiha. I get massage regularly, and her work was truly among the best I’ve had. In just a one-hour full-body massage, she gave thoughtful attention to each area and left me feeling noticeably better. She’s incredibly skilled, intuitive, and just really good at what she does.

As always Iris was awesome. Great leg massage and nail work. As well Iris is very pleasant and friendly and makes you feel very welcome - asking about drinks and snacks (always on offer at the spa). And great about being sensitive to chatting if want but not if you want to sit and just be quiet. Love the spa!! Julita does a fabulous job of making the spa a welcoming place and very comfortable.
