Lovely owner. Great service. I am a tourist over from the UK so was nervous about getting a wax from someone other than my regular one. I walked to the salon from Carlisle Bay but recommend getting a bus or taxi if you don’t like walking. Owner sent directions before apt with detailed instructions. Got a very warm welcome and she even cut my partners hair whilst he waited and put on paw patrol for my daughter. Wax was the exact same as back home. They listened to what my normal service was like and replicated it.

My experience was amazing as usual. Tiffany is always on time and ready to get down to business as soon as you walk through the door. She is always professional and loves what she does. Tina was so knowledgeable about general physiology that she was able to understand how an underlying condition i had affected my skin and work to suit. She's also extremely personable and made me feel so very comfortable with my bikini wax, i might let her do a brazilian next time and i SWORE i could never show myself to a tech like that, she made me feel THAT comfortable. In a nutshell - kind, efficient, great quality and price.

Where to start??? I haven’t been well for the past couple weeks so I was only exfoliating once a week or when I felt like it. Moving on, my appointment was today and I had some ingrowns as expected and a couple black heads due to my inconsistency. nonetheless, my wax went smoothly and I loved the new wax we used today! I hardly felt a thing. If you didn’t take anything from this…just know that exfoliating and moisturizing is extremely important in your waxing journey.

Laser Hair Removal - Underarms: My first appointment was so much better than expected! The cooling before felt amazing and I felt no pain whatsoever during the process. 24 hours later and I still feel no pain or irritation. Tash was great and walked me through the entire process as she was doing it, along with full details of the after care. I felt extremely comfortable and can’t wait for my next appointment!

I got the detox steam and the sugar wax. This was my first time getting the sugar wax done and my pain tolerance is very low and we all know how painful it can be, but she was so patience and understanding with me, she made sure I was comfortable and tried to make it as less painful as possible. Always have a great experience @waxology.bds. Usually get the basic hair removal service, however, this time I added a vajacial to the package and it was spectacular. Very relaxing and had the kitty extra smooth.

Khadijah was wonderful, professional and gentle. She made sure to discuss my preferences before and during the procedure to make sure the service was tailored to my needs. I had a brow wax and tint, she was alot more gentle with the wax than im used to lol ... she was very precise with the brow mapping and the shape of my brows was great. Will have to update on the colour and longevity of the tint in another post! Great job!
