The ladies here are so welcoming, professional and the services were delivered as expected whereby you're taken care, you're comfortable and the quality of work is on point! Today I had my first Brazilian wax done. Olivia was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. She has a lot of pride in her work so she takes her time & makes sure she’s happy with the end results. I 100% recommend her. And will be back for another appointment.

Olivia is amazing at what she does! My skin, which is prone to break outs and dryness, always feels so soft and smooth when I leave. Liv’s work has single handedly changed the discolouration that I’ve experienced where hair grows, particularly on my underarms. She is a perfectionist and takes her time to provide a thorough service! The ambience in her room is also very relaxing and comfortable. I would recommend to anyone and everyone!

I went in for an infill with Maia, it's the first time she has done my lashes and I LOVE them. I don't have that 'fake' look, they aren't too full. She did such a great job considering how short my natural lash is. Very happy.

I had a full body wax with Olivia at The Comfort Room, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I get extremely nervous with waxing and have a very low pain tolerance, but Olivia was so calm, patient, and reassuring the entire time. She checked in with me constantly, and her technique was excellent — as comfortable and gentle as a full body wax can possibly be. I would absolutely recommend Olivia, especially if you're nervous like me. Coming from someone who worked in the same industry for over 10 years, I can confidently say she is genuinely amazing at what she does.

It was my first Brazilian wax with Olivia and I was extremely nervous going into the appointment, but she made me feel so comfortable and at ease from the moment I arrived. She was kind, gentle, and very reassuring, and she talked me through the whole process which really helped calm my nerves. Olivia was very professional and friendly, and she created a really safe and comfortable environment which made the whole experience much easier than I expected. She did an absolutely amazing job — 10/10 results. I couldn’t be happier with the service and would highly recommend Olivia to anyone!!
