The atmosphere temperature is perfect. Right on time and with great care and precision. Liliana is charming as I find with all your staff. For that reason, I usually select “whoever is available”. Chelsea is amazing. It is obvious why she is a manager. She always does an incredible job and she has created me and an outstanding skin care / skin maintenance product routine. She has extensive knowledge of my skin needs and always goes out of her way to make my skin care products accessible and available to me. Chantilly Newcastle is highly recommended (Chelsea).

Always the best and this time I splurged and equipped myself with the beautiful skin care range by Synergie, which Bec sells at Skin Muse! Walked out with glowing dewy skin after my signature facial- the most relaxing and rejuvenating treatment in Newcastle I reckon! Thanks Bec!

Ive just moved to Newcastle area and I believe I just found a gem here. What a lovely experience, friendly welcoming team. Ebony listen to everything I needed and wanted for my hair and done a wonderful job. Sally knew exactly what I needed for my waxing and eyebrow shape. I will be back and would highly recommend them.

I had an incredible experience at Oasis Skin and Body Spa in Newcastle! The Winter Warmer Ritual with the added Signature Facial was pure bliss. A huge thank you to Indy, who, as always, was amazing. Her warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made the experience so relaxing. I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and glowing. The treatments were luxurious and exactly what I needed. I can't recommend Oasis and Indy highly enough and can't wait for my next visit!

It sounds funny to say I’m so grateful for a service that hurts like hell.. but I am! Electrolysis is so underrated as a hair removal option - and I wouldn’t trust anyone but Jodie to do it for me. She’s gentle, efficient and really good at what she does. It’s been an absolute game changer to have this *permanent* hair removal option available in the heart of newcastle!

I LOVED my treatments today. Such a good wax by Bec, no irritation to my skin, no annoying red bumps and quick too! High quality products used. The therapy room is gorgeous and so is Bec! I also had a lash tint and I’ve booked in for a signature facial next month! I think I found my skin guru and beauty therapist! So happy to have found you Bec!
