Mia is an absolutely amazing artist when it comes to lashes. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and absolutely nailed the look — natural, full, and flawlessly lifted. Not only is her technique flawless (zero discomfort, no redness or irritation), she’s also so warm and professional. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and their experience.

Alka did a wonderful job on my eyebrow wax & tint. She was very thorough and made sure I was happy every step of the way. Alka is very lovely and makes the experience very comfortable. Fantastic price for such a high quality experience and excellent results.

I am thankful of Kirby's excellent work in flexible booking times, fantastic benefit explanations, reasonable prices for a quality through service, great eye for style & friendliest to talk too. I did BiAB for the first time in which she made me feel excited about & was accommodating when requested a design. I'm impressed with the wonderful touch of improv adding beautifully creative stickers instead. Thank you for being lovely, genuine & patient with my queries. You deserve more than 5 stars ⭐✨

So happy with my hybrid set, the girls talk to each other while working which I love it creates such positive vibes, the salon it self is speechless, the owner makes you feel so comfortable (all the woman do) it was such a great experience, I’ve already booked an infill, a brow lamination and a wax. Will definitely be going to these girls even for something as little as my eyebrow threading definitely will be my go to salon for all my beauty needs! Great job 👏

It was really good! I was super nervous but I felt very supported. Chelsea made sure I felt settled while I waited for my appointment, and then Morgan did my waxing. She was very patient and understanding of it being my first time, and helped talk me through the most painful areas. She was also great to chat to for the long session. I'm very grateful for how well it went and honestly it didn't hurt as much as I'd feared. I will definitely be requesting Morgan again in the future for waxing sessions!

I genuinely adore Jo. Waxing doesn’t feel like a tedious “to do” list task when I see Jo. It feels more like catching up with a girlfriend who also keeps me fresh!
