She is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and all around supportive of achieving the healthiest skin you can have. I have had so many bad waxing experiences, I have found a couple of good therapists but they moved on to different things. I’ve had welts on my face, one pulled the skin off my upper lip. I felt so happy I found Ourania, she is really down to earth & quick and efficient. She knows what she is doing 😊
