Amazing experience! Had not been feeling myself for a long time, Sarah and her team have fully transformed me! Made me welcome, looked after me with a yummy latte and then Sarah went through a full consultation with me, giving me the best options for my post lockdown hair. Ibitissam is AMAZINGGGGGG love her! Also the owner/boss Wendy is so lovely, warm and welcoming. I always look forward to coming here because of these girls!! 100% would recommend and will be a repeat customer! For context, I got half legs, half arms & underarms waxed. Amazing service, always super gentle but also very quick!

My skin is skinning! Being on a skin journey only with Runa the results speaks for themselves. Scaring has reduced 75% with the right treatment plan Runa has put for me and being consistent with it, I am so pleased with the constant results. I had my first chemical peel with Runa today. Admittedly I was a bit nervous but Runa went through each step and made me feel at ease. The actually chemical peel was a quick and painless process. I have been going to Runa for several months now and she has incorporated chemical peels with my microneedling, I am looking forward to seeing the end results.

Absolutely amazing experience! I came in to have my natural hair washed, deep conditioned, and blow dried, and I left feeling like a brand new person. Princess was so welcoming and knowledgeable—she took great care in handling my hair with gentleness and skill. The deep conditioning treatment left my hair feeling incredibly soft, healthy, and hydrated, and the blow dry was smooth, sleek, and full of body without any heat damage. It’s clear they truly understand natural hair. The whole atmosphere was relaxing, and I felt pampered from start to finish. I highly recommend!
