Have been coming here for a few years now for both hair and beauty treatments. The staff are great, really welcoming and professional. Kat always puts me at ease for my waxing appointments. Today I tried colouring my hair for the first time. Not knowing what to do, my hairdresser Sim gave me such good advice, persuading me the balayage would give the best look on my dark hair. The results were amazing, my hair looks fab! Regarding their response to Covid too, they have good precautions in place with all staff wearing masks and wiping down everything between customers. Felt safe and at at ease

I had a full body waxing. First time using hot wax method. It’s a game changer . Brilliant experience, pain free, expertly done. Would highly recommend.

The lady who cut my daughter's hair showed full professionalism, asking for my daughter's opinion on cutting her hair, advising and having an interesting conversation with her throughout the procedure. I highly recommend it if you want to cut your child's hair in a nice atmosphere, without stress. We will definitely go back, my daughter was delighted with the place, the service and the fact that she was treated with respect as an "adult",, person.😀
