Absolutely 5 stars! I had a half leg & bikini wax with Sammie and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel comfortable and at ease. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and talked me through the process, answering all my questions with confidence and care. Sammie is also so friendly and easy to chat with, which made the appointment fly by. The wax itself was much less painful than I anticipated, and the results were super smooth. I’ll definitely be returning—highly recommend her to anyone looking for a professional and pleasant waxing experience!

I had my first, hopefully of many, Lymphatic Drain Massage with Pam today. I can’t tell you how great it was. She knew exactly where my problems and pain were without me telling her. She’s so knowledgeable about what she does and the relief I felt afterwards was unbelievable. I’ve booked straight in for another massage with her. I met Sam through football. I had mentioned my menopausal skin while having a mini meltdown. She recommended some products. I booked a husk and seed hydrating facial. Not only was it the best facial I have ever had but my skin instantly felt silky smooth. I can’t thank Sammie enough for giving me so much advice and genuinely caring about me. I have bought the products ( not through Sam ) she just tells you what is best for you so no hard sell just a genuine passion. I am really excited for my skin. The facial was super relaxing and beautifully done. I left like a new woman. Thank you X

Becky was amazing from start to finish during my wedding prep appointments which were nearly a full day of a job! I feel like a new woman and had such a relaxing time filled with great chat and a super friendly atmosphere. Pedicure, manicure, waxing, dermaplaning, lashes and brows…all absolutely perfect. It was even my first experience of waxing and Becky made me feel so at ease! Thank you SO much! Beyond pleased I came here for my bridal appointments!!

Thank you for.a fabulously relaxing but easing body massage Kathryn. My back and neck is much more comfortable and my legs are not aching. Really enjoyed the hand massage too found it beneficial for my arthritis. Definitely recommend xxx

Cannot rate Hidden Gem highly enough! I've been for 2 treatments this week, one of them being my first time having body waxing and Becky made me feel so comfortable!! Amazing ❤️

I had the pleasure of experiencing a most wonderful facial today. This was so relaxing and delivered in a calm wonderful atmosphere. The products used smelt divine. I can thoroughly recommend this. Not only did the facial include a full scalp massage I also had an arm and hand treatment. Such a wonderful pampering session and I was spoilt tremendously Can’t wait for my next treatment, which I’m going to try.

A very relaxing experience my face feels thoroughly cleansed. Gemma has the lightest of touch and some very good advice regarding her products which I am looking forward to using.

As always, so relaxing, being made to feel special with conversation flowing wonderfully. My pedicure was first class
