I came here for the first time for waxing, and Jenisha was extremely attentive and took great care throughout the entire waxing process. The service was top-notch, and the pricing is very fair for the quality you receive. I’m already planning to come back and would absolutely recommend this place to others. Today was my first time going to this nail salon and I had a great experience! Molly was my nail tech and she did an amazing job, she was so sweet and payed really close attention to detail. I brought my own gel polish and she was so nice about it! I honestly can’t wait to go back !

My experience at LAVELLO has been amazing. This is my second time going here and i absolutely loved it. After reading the reviews, I booked an appointment with Hope. All I can say is, she’s one of the sweetest and talented. I love her work so much, she really takes her time, and really listens to you as well. My nails are something that I am very picky about and I feel that I could be annoying with my indecisiveness, but hope makes me feel safe, heard, and really valued. I give my experience with hope and just my overall experience at lavello a 11/10! Thank you !

I had a wonderful experience with Jenisha for my eyebrow threading. She took the time to understand exactly how I wanted my brows to look and shaped them perfectly. She was gentle, precise, and paid great attention to detail. I'm so happy with the results—they look natural and exactly the way I envisioned. I hesitate to book massages with anyone who isn't an RTM, but I'm glad I didn't let that stop me today. Sameera gave me one of the best full-body massages I have ever had! Her technique had me melting into the table I was so relaxed, and left me feeling rejuvenated when I left. It was worth every penny and I can't wait until my next visit, which there will definitely be.
