When I went for my waxing appointment I was nicely greeted when I came in. The big room is bright and clean and mainly there is not a bad strong smell of nail polish! The small room where I received my service was very clean and comfortable. Lily was professional, respectful, agreeable and very pleasant. She made sure that I was comfortable during the service. Indeed a very positive experience. I will definitely go back and try other services offered at that location.

When getting the actual wax done, the waxer made sure I was well engaged in conversation to ignore the pain- (or in the case, lack there of!!!) this was my first treatment where it was completely painless.
