Lisa was incredible! She made me feel welcomed as soon as I came in & with over 35 years of experience you feel completely taken care of and safe in her hands. The salon itself was beautifully decorated and they have a large variety of services offered there which makes things convenient. I ended up purchasing the shampoo and conditioner that was used because it left my hair soo soft, and it smells phenomenal. I don’t think I’ll ever get my haircut anywhere else. 10/10

Best place to tan in Chatham !! Love going to Industry Salon and Tanning

This is my second visit, both for different services. First visit was for an eyebrow wax and consult, second for a much needed haircut. Both visits have been nothing but friendly service, supportive conversation and I appreciated that my thoughts and questions were met with listening ears and responses that helped me understand the why or why not of the answers. Definitely a go-to for Chatham residents.

Liked the hair cut especially as she did not use a razor on my hair. This is the fourth place I tried in Chatham and very happy with the results

Sandra did my waxing and my nails . I was very pleased as always . Cute little lady bugs on my nails !! Love love love

So today I had a true spa day !! Had waxing And a facial as well as a pedicure, and manicure . Sandra is very good at what she does . I felt very relaxed while there . So Thankyou I needed a me day and I wasn’t disappointed

So on April 1 st it was my 60 th birthday . My sisters gave me a gift certificate for Industry Salon and tanning . I booked a spa day and had a facial and waxing and my nails done by Sandra . What a wonderful experience . But it got even better . The whole staff at the salon sang Happy Birthday to me and my daughter brought balloons in and a cake to share with everyone . I was overwhelmed . So I would like to say thankyou so much to Sandra and her amazing staff , and my daughter for making my day special . They are all like family to me . Very much appreciated !!

Had the most amazing beard trim, and color with Helene. The meticulous attention she gave me was off the hook, she is the best, guys if your looking for a beard trim, shaping of beard, waxing, Helene is a cut above the rest. Simply amazing. Industry’s services are always excellent. I always leave feeling wonderful. I look forward to Megan doing my hair and Sandra waxing my brows. Getting my brows done is equal to facelift, as far as Im concerned. I completely trust Megan with my hair colour and style. Sandra has impeccable style and talent. I trust her expertise.
