This was my first time waxing and the experience was AMAZING. I was very nervous going in, but they made me feel very comfortable. I have a low pain tolerance and it really wasn’t that bad. It was very quick and I left extremely satisfied 🤗 I will definitely be returning.

Where to start??? I haven’t been well for the past couple weeks so I was only exfoliating once a week or when I felt like it. Moving on, my appointment was today and I had some ingrowns as expected and a couple black heads due to my inconsistency. nonetheless, my wax went smoothly and I loved the new wax we used today! I hardly felt a thing. If you didn’t take anything from this…just know that exfoliating and moisturizing is extremely important in your waxing journey.

It was way easier and painless to waxing. However, what made is also great was the young lady that conducted the sugaring. She was nice and explained what she was doing every step of the way. Great customer skills. Very pleasant. Loved it and the end results. Cannot wait to return again.

I loved the patience and the time that was taken to get to know likes and dislikes, that was refreshing. The spa was beautiful, comfortable and clean i liked that, I even fell asleep during my chin and brow waxing, now who does that during a waxing, that only shows how good Al is that one can sleep while hair is being ripped from ones face. Words cannot fully explain the magic Leah does with my lashes. For someone with thin lashes, I am so happy when I see the finished look! Ooh la la fabulous!! Thank you Leah!!

My experience just keeps getting better with every visit. Now that I have learned that the scrub makes the waxing experience less painful I will be sure to use it properly and regularly in the future. It's worth it all!! Would recommend to others 20/10.
