Courtney is fantastic and couldnt recommend her highly enough! As a first time waxer, I was very nervous about my first wax, however Courtney put me at ease, making me feel both comfortable and knowing what to expect during the process. Very welcoming experience. After a full day of cleaning and looking after my four kids, I rushed in for my appointment. It was the only time I had to spare as a busy single mum. Honestly, I knew I wasn’t smelling my best after such a hectic day. But the lady who did my brows was genuinely kind, beautiful inside and out, and she made me feel so comfortable. She not only did my brows perfectly with such care, but she also gave me great tips and suggestions. Even though I was the last customer of the day, both staff members showed 100% professionalism. Thank you for treating me with kindness. ❤️

Lady was lovely. It was very busy so my service took longer than I wouldve liked. Went in to get my brows threaded and came out with a full face wax too. I'm not a fan of constant upselling. Ask me once, sure. But not constantly. Other than that always happy with the service.

Very relaxing massage and facial. The extension is decorated beautifully. The only suggestion I would like to mention is the white roof light was distracting. I have had my facials in the old rooms and only had the lamp light. Minor suggestion. Very happy client.

I come here for sugar waxing and it’s the best decision I’ve made! Switching from hot wax to sugaring has been amazing—less pain, swelling, and bruising, which is perfect for my sensitive skin. The team is so lovely and bubbly, always making you feel at ease. I was chatting and laughing so much during my appointment, I didn’t even notice she’d waxed an extra area—that’s how gentle it is!
