My visits here are always a massive highlight for me. Lisa, Stacey and Alix were so welcoming. Always friendly and caring and creates such a relaxing environment. There is nowhere else in York like it! Alix took such time and care doing my nails and the art I had found. Fantastic job and love my nails. Probably the best waxing experience I've ever had. Ash was so lovely, kept chatting with me to put me at ease. Almost zero pain and was done really quick too! Definitely would go back, the whole space was very clean and cozy too :)
