Another fantastic visit! Emily always does an amazing job with my hair. We chatted about my next appointment and the colour change we have planned, which I'm really looking forward to. She always makes me feel so welcome and comfortable every time I visit. Colbie did an amazing job on my nails, as always. I decided to go for something a little different from my usual style, and she absolutely smashed it! I love them. Kaylie is an incredibly talented and lovely Hair Stylist. She took the time to understand my exact wishes and create the cleanest blonde babylights on my naturally dark brown hair + blended everything beautifuly. I've had my back waxed many times and they are painful. This was a very good waxing. A little uncomfortable (as you would expect), but definitely the best wax I've ever had. Highly recommend

She is great and professional, but I have been coming for years, and the previous beautician running late, which you would think shouldn't be an issue as more than 1 room. But , only 1 wax pot! Also in that room for at least 2 years light on wall STILL not repaired, to check brows in as light in room not great. It is a bit poor for this establishment And waxing is not cheap, so please sort this out as lets it down although staff great

The best and only hairdressers I will go too.Have used this hairdressers for many years now.Have had various stylists do my hair,and they are all so good at their jobs,but Sian is my main hairdresser. Am lucky to have my hair washed/blow dried/straightened by their trainee(Chloe)or their Saturday girl(my daughter Paige). Another amazing colour n style done today.xx
