The most relaxing space and experience. From the moment you walk in the atmosphere is so relaxing. Frothy coffee and gorgeous treatments. Adele’s attention to detail is stunning. A real treat from start to finish.

Adele is a beautiful person - inside and out - and with her extensive knowledge and expertise, she has been making me feel amazing for almost 10 years now. Cove Holistics is a tranquil, relaxing and beautiful place to be spoilt for an hour or so every few weeks. I wouldn’t want my beauty treatments from anyone else… If you haven’t had a treatment here yet, you’re missing out!

Adele has created the perfect little haven where even the most routine of treatments feels like a luxury spa break. As soon as I stepped through the door I felt home. Adele is warm and kind and always makes me feel at ease. She is a master at what she does and uses the best quality products. She also makes a fab cup of tea!
