Zita I so lovely. She fixed my nails after a nail place in Walmart Capilano, Edmonton ruined them. I’ve been going to beauty Hour since it was Beauty nails from the early days Dian started the shop. I try different places and I always come back.

It’s worth driving from West Edmonton to this salon. Excellent customer service, friendly staff & I love the detail that CeCe puts into the nail designs. My mother & sister who also had appointments with me we’re equally pleased.

1000/10 recommend. This was as comfortable as a wax can be (Brazilian) She was so quick, efficient and minimal pain. I’ve been to a lot places for waxing but this by far is the best place I’ve been.

I absolutely love this place, I go everytime I need anything waxed, and I regularly get my nails done here. Dian and the rest of the staff are amazing, and I would recommend it to anyone and everyone.

Bre is the best waxer in Edmonton. If you’re a first timer or seasoned veteran, Bre should be your go-to. She’s so sweet and has so much experience. Very comfortable environment. 11/10.

Zita is the best! Love her pedicure care since 2024! When I visit my kids in Minnesota and have a pedicure with my daughter…I come back to Beauty Hour and tell Zita the pedicures in Minnesota are not anywhere as good as her pedicures!! So glad I found her and Beauty Hour❣️

She is very excellent with her work. I have never felt this much ease in waxing especially. Bryana was very patient and gentle with me. I used to cry for my waxing but this time it was so fast and very less painful with her. I will recommend everyone to visit.

Always such a pleasant experience when I come and see Bryanna! She’s friendly, funny and so easy to talk to! We chatted throughout my entire appointment today and I completely forgot about the pain! She’s fast and efficient and I was in and out within 30 mins! Will be recommending Bryanna to anyone that needs waxing! :)

I've been doing my own waxing for a while now, but I finally decided it was time to get some help—after all, it can be a bit of a hassle to do it yourself! I was a little nervous about visiting a new place, but then I discovered Comfort Wax. It took me a bit to finally book my appointment, but I’m so glad I did! My first experience there was fantastic. Bry was so friendly and made me feel super comfortable the entire time. This is definitely my new go-to spot! ❤️
