My hair stylist was very professional and great at listening to my needs. His highly skilled techniques plus the use of quality products resulted in a fantastic hair cut, blow wave and colour for under $200. I liked the way he also applied a complimentary hydrating hair product after rinsing the colour resulting silky smooth hair. I also loved the cappuccino even though it was served in a disposable cup. Excellent value for inner Melbourne.

really welcoming &friendly staff. I received a brazilian and then was upsold an eyebrow threading service as i had time up my sleeve. for the following two nights since, overnight, I have experienced intense itchiness and dicomfort from the brazilian. This has never happened to me before. Otherwise I am really pleased with the result of the brazilian. Re the eyebrow threading, this wasn't as precise as I had anticipated and will likely go back to getting my eyebrows waxed, as i have done in the past. I have had to tweeze my own remainder eyebrow stubbs that were missed, and there are a few.

I've had a couple of laser hair removal sessions with Alex, and she's been absolutely lovely. She's patient, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout every session. Best hairdresser in Melbourne!! Jay is an absolute delight and his skills are off the charts. He never tries to ‘sell’ unnecessary treatments and gives wonderful advice re styling & colour. I live in the UK, but always come back to Jay and Claire when in the City for my 3 month stays. Highly recommend.
